Open Question: how do i find a specific audio clip from a cartoon?

Despite the obvious short-comings, the G1 IS a great phone and the Android platform is VERY impressive.
The G1 is especially a great phone for T-Mobile, because lets face it, our (the customers) phones have been boring for quite some time.
Sure the BB's are buisness capable phones and sure Sidekicks are 'cool', but lets face it T-Mobile hasnt had ANYTHING
since the Samsung T-809 (which now they don't even have) to compete with the competition. And the birth of the iPhone
made even owning a phone from T-Mobile embarrassing. And now we just missed our big oppurtunity to REALLY have the
iPhone killer us loyal T-Mobile folk have been waiting for, for OH so long, and our dreams were dashed because of
OBVIOUS oversights! No StereoBluetooth is quite dissappointing in itself for a phone of this caliber, but to not even have
1 Mini-stereo jack? Are you kidding me? Thats just embarrasing. It also does not have Internet tethering ability, which is irritating, because although I realize that the whole 'vision' is to replace the PC, lets face it thats a couple of G1 generations away. You can't print with it, it also doesn't read Flash, it doesnt have Exchange support, etc. So why not atleast throw in a decent wireless modem to tether with? Then Google who owns the Biggest video website in the
UNIVERSE (youtube) decided that it was ok to NOT have a Native Video Player?? Sure their IS one on Android Market
place, but why leave something so OBVIOUSLY desired to chance?! I have no doubt that soon some blessed developer will develop an app with some decent codex, but for crying out loud, my old T-809 which has EDGE, gprs, internet tethering, bluetooth, music player and it plays video just fine. So for me to get the G1 (which I will, despite its shortcomings) would not really be an upgrade in all respects, and I've been waiting for that special phone from T-Mobile for like 3 years!!
Don't get me wrong, I REALLY like the G1 phone, what it does, it does quite well, but it seems like it was a rushed product,
when it SO didn't have to be. We were right there on the iPhones heels and missed, again. I'm so sick of being #2 with T-Mobile,
it would be nice to have the #1 device or atleast the #1 Network in the industry for just ONCE! lol Yea I'm sure we do have great
customer service, but for crying outloud, we don't have any decent phones or networks to complain about! Thats probably why! lol Despite my somewhat harsh comments I'm still excited to get a G1 phone, but my point is this: T-Mobile/Google/Android/HTC, the next
time you guys decide to take a shot at a potentially industry leading Smart-phone, Don't half do it! Sure it may take longer to
develop, sure it may cost more, but SO WHAT? We have been waiting forever ANYWAY, whats a couple more months, just
throw some more cheap Samsung flip phones and Razors our way to keep us busy in the meantime, thats what we are
used to anyway. Us T-Mobile folk are a patient bunch, we have to be since we already know were going to be the last
ones to get the 'new stuff', blunt but true. However, if the phone is great we WILL buy it, just look at the iPhone!
I paid $400 plus for my T-809 (from T-mobile) when it first came it because it was simply what I wanted, and I am by no
means a wealthy person. So if you give us a well designed phone with the things we WANT: touch screen, nice graphics,
great sound, high resolution camera, creative apps etc and what we NEED: Video Player, Stereo Bluetooth, Mini Stereo jack,
dependable 3G network, and better Email options.......WE WILL BUY IT! Charge what you want, and we will get it. Don't
assume that we are second rate customers and so therefore can only afford a second rate phone! No disrespect to the
Android developers by the way.
And maybe nobody will even read this or give it a second thought, but man it feels good to rant, no? :) G1 gives us a glimpes
of the future and whats to come, but gosh, it sure does suck to be in Second and Third place everytime, especially when
you don't have to be. Do you think was rushed? >> full story

Open Question: Has anyone in the Mainstream Media reported the existence of lawsuits regarding Obama's eligibility .?

I know they were all over the McCain thing, even though McCain was born on a U.S. military base for crying out loud.

But I can't find anything about the ongoing lawsuits about Obama.

How is this not newsworthy?

I thought the "News" was supposed to report things that are happening, not decide whether or not we should know things.

Try for yourself, google McCain and eligibility or Natural Born Citizen, and then do the same with Obama's name.

You'll see MSNBC articles and other "mainstream media" sources actually making a story out of something that really wasn't.

However ongoing lawsuits in which Obama has filed a motion to delay discovery is not reported on at all?

Delay discovery means keep everything private or "hidden" until the judge decides whether or not to through it out.

If we're in an election season and the election is all over the news, and one candidate is trying to "delay discovery" of documents which would prove if he is even eligible to run for President ...

*How* is this not newsworthy?

http://dockets.justia.com/docket/court-paedce/case_no-2:2008cv04083/case_id-281573/
The name of the Attorney who filed the suit is Philip J Berg, a Democrat from PA. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TOzFl-Gm_Kc

This is a video of Philip Berg explaining the lawsuit. Joseph, your answer might seem valid however we know that isn't true.
Anyone who finished high school could tell you that a child born on a Navy base, to 2 U.S. Citizens one of which is stationed on said base is obviously a Natural Born Citizen.
However the mainstream media reported accusations that he may not be.
Therefore your theory doesn't fly.
If we are to believe that there is "equal time" and fair and unbiased reporting, then why did accusations about McCain which were inherently baseless get media time, while the other candidate has far more serious accusations against him that he has taken legal measures to hide?

McCain was demanded to prove himself, and also provide his medical records.

Why is Obama not being held to the same standard?
Obama is outright refusing to provide what's asked for, and again, this goes unreported.

Why the double standard? >> full story
